Where we step in

When an organization’s stakes redefine what it needs to communicate.

We help organizations navigate moments when reputation and stakeholder perception can directly impact business outcomes.

Three situations
01
Grow

Fundraising · Scaling · New markets
Changing scale also means building greater stature: winning over new stakeholders, strengthening legitimacy and creating the trust required to deliver on the ambition.

02
Transform

Repositioning · Diversification · Reorganization
As the organization evolves, its positioning, narrative and stakeholder engagement must align with its new direction.

03
Protect

Crisis · Regulation · Reputational risk
When an organization is more exposed, it must anticipate risk, preserve trust, and be ready to take a position.

What we do

Strategies built around the issue at hand.

Every engagement starts with a strategic issue. We then define the approach and expertise required based on the direction the organization wants to take.

Corporate Communications Strategy

Align positioning, messaging, stakeholder engagement and communications with the organization’s strategic priorities.

Positioning & Narrative

Clarify what the organization stands for and how it should be understood.

Reputation & Sensitive Issues

Anticipate reputational risks and support the organization through situations that may affect its reputation.

Stakeholders, Influence & Public Affairs

Building engagement strategies with the audiences and decision-makers that matter.

Executive Positioning

Support leaders in their public statements and strategic visibility.

Cross-Border Communication

Adapt communication across multiple cultural and institutional environments.
